A porcelain tile, compared to concrete and any other materials, is always the best choice for bathrooms and even kitchen due to its absorption rate of less than 0.5 percent, which makes it the perfect material to use for walls and floors of bathrooms to make sure that you don’t get your bathrooms muddy due to dirt and water combined.

Aside from designing clothes, I am also fond of designing and personalizing my own furniture and accessories. I just painted my room in pink and the living room in red and black. I love how the combination blends so well and matches my personality. It’s a little girly by the colour of pink, a bit strong with the colour red and a little dark and mysterious in the colour black. As they say for people who saw my place, it’s so me! I bought some Dining Room Chairs at my favourite furniture shop and have it repainted in colour black because the original colour was in brown. I also saw a nice design of Dining Room Furniture with the right colour that I want that I will order online and have it shipped to me. It’s the perfect set of dining I have been looking for.

Everything is almost set now for my living room and I’m still in search for curtains and bed for my bedroom. I can’t wait til I host a party and have it here in my place. For sure it’s a blast! See the picture below for my center table.

When planning to get a house and lot make sure that every legal paper for the house and the lots are legal. This is more specifically when getting a resale or foreclosure properties. Once you have all the papers under your name and its right in your hand, make sure to get a record of Release of lien to confirm all the details of foreclosure. Some may lie about the condition of the property, the price and its value if you didn’t keep all your papers in secure.

The next thing you have to do now is to think if you will need to remodel your new property or keep it as it is. When thinking of remodeling, that would be another papers to process and be sure to get legal contractors only to avoid the hassle of being questioned.
